Inside Sales Reps - Immediate Hire - Pay $12/hr plus commission
OpenFitness.com is seeking enthusiastic inside sales representatives to join our team. Sales reps earn hourly pay and uncapped commissions for having fitness facilities to join our platform. Sales reps are required to call and introduce OpenFitness.com to fitness centers in the US.
Job Duties:
o Meet daily out-bound call quota to new and follow-up prospects
o Meet monthly quota on enrolling fitness centers
o Document all activities related to outreach in our contact management software
o Emphasize product features and benefits
o Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect call conversions
Job Requirements:
o Must be prompt, dependable and willing to work a 35 hour week.
o Must be Team Player and work well with others.
o Outgoing personality and good attitude a definite bonus.
o Minimum 2 years sales experience with excellent telephone and written communication skills.
o CRM experience helpful.
o Able to Multi-task.
Pay $14 hourly plus commissionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
