MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center, Inc.is actively recruiting for a full timeChest Pain Coordinator. This position will assist in the planning, development and implementation of program goals and operations. Coordinates and oversees the ongoing CQI process to improve care of the cardiac patient population. this individual will work collaboratively with all care providers to assure protocol compliance, transport monitoring, QA/QI processing, educational training and reporting of findings to the established guidelines specified by MHCC, MIEMSS, AHA/ACC. SCPC and appropriate SMHC committees.
Requirements:
BSN preferred
Current Maryland RN license
Cardiac experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ACLS, BCLS, CPR required
Working experience with Microsoft office; word, excel, and power point
