As our Patient Vist Specialist & Dental Financial Coordinator, you'll be the superhero who ensures every patient's financial journey is a breeze.
You will warmly connect with your patients and gain the trust of all patients by helping them understand their options and the importance of completing the recommended treatment.
The most important part of our jobs is ensuring our patients understand the importance of their health and well-being.
You'll spin your magic wand (various financing options and maximizing patients insurance plans) to create financial plans that help our patients achieve stunning smiles without breaking the bank.
You should be welcoming and approachable to each patient on the phone and in person, turning frowns into smiles as you guide them through the financial aspects of treatment options and providing the best possible 'first impression' and overall patient experience in the office.
While our ideal candidate should have the following:
? Two years of experience as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator, gaining financial commitments from patients ( don't worry, we're counting your skill in making money talk enjoyable!) ? Excellent communication skills to balance seriousness of financial discussions with a sprinkle of humor and a dash of fun! ? A deep understanding of dental insurance plans, codes and billing procedures( super hero capes are optional but encourages!) ? Utilize skills and resources available to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs, remembering that the most crucial choice the patient will make is getting started with treatment Thorough knowledge of third-party financial companies and how they work ? Ability to maintain accurate patient financial paperwork and adherence to the company's financial arrangement parameters ? Proficiency in dental software Open Dental or Dentrix (preferred), G Suite, Asana, Slack to name a few ( you juggle numbers like a circus performer!) ? Help in exceeding patient expectations to achieve the Best Patient Experience ? The ability to thrive in a fast-paced,goal oriented environment where every smile counts.
