In this position, you'll be part of a team that builds long-term relationships not only amongst themselves but with our patients as well.
You will be joining a team passionate about dental health and helping patients maintain or achieve their beautiful smiles while educating and providing opportunities for every patient to afford their dental needs.

They are responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their visits.
Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with the role:
While our ideal candidate should have:
2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist in a dental office.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated Positive 'Can-Do' Attitude.
Being ready, available, and willing to get the job done, and done well.
A Team player mindset.
The ability to create a great 'First Impression' for patients through professional, friendly, and hospitable interaction.
Excellent phone conversion skills Knowledge of Open Dental or Dentrix software (preferred) Excellent time management skills Demonstrates knowledge of dental terminology, technical skills, and equipment.
Excellent computer skills.
