Responsibilities include assisting with physiotherapy treatment as prescribed by the Chiropractor, greeting and interacting with patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting office manager and chiropractors with office tasks, verifying insurance benefits and calling insurance companies, interacting with billing company, light cleaning and daily sanitizing of chiropractor's tools and office surface.
Must be computer literate, proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially with spreadsheets; High School diploma required; at least one year in a customer service-oriented position; previous medical/chiropractic experience is preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
