Candidates should be:
Available for weekdays, evenings and weekends in various configurations.
Able to lead and motivate a fun team of approximately 10 Sales Associates Eager to provide outstanding customer service and set an example for the team being led.
Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions.
Proficient in computer systems as they pertain to running a retail point-of-sale system and inventory management.
Able to provide a work history or education background that demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to a job well-done.
A background in retail sales and/or retail management is extremely helpful.
